NEW SID / RENEWAL
Applying and renewing Seafarers' Identity Document (SID), also known as a Seaman's Card, is a document that is carried by all professional seafarers (including cruise ship members or yacht crew) for keeping a record of their time at sea.
CDC RENEWAL

NEW CDC APPLICATION
Applying Continuous Certificate of Discharge or Continuous Discharge Certificate (C.D.C.) is a seafarer's identity document issued by his country. Every seafarer must carry this document while on board, which is also an official and legal record of his sea experience. Without a CDC, a person is not eligible to work onships. CDC is mandatory to work on ships.
WATCH KEEPING
Watchkeeping officers are required to supervise the various operations in port. Such supervision has a major impact on the safety of the vessel, care and safety of the cargo and quicker turn round of ships shorter port stay. Watchkeeping on the bridge and on deck is an important duty of a watchkeeping officer.
D . C ENDORSEMENT
Dangerous cargo endorsement is a certificate of authorization for a seafarer, qualifying him/her for working on any vessel dealing with cargo that are categorized as maritime dangerous goods.
GOC RENEWAL
Renewal of GOC is a trainee successfully completing the course and passing the examination will be enabled to efficiently operate the GMDSS equipment, and to have primary responsibility for radio communications during distress incidents. The course is primarily aimed at officers.
GMDSS ENDORSEMENT
The GMDSS endorsement certificate is a certificate that allows every GMDSS certificate holder to work on foreign-flagged ships.
COC RENEWAL
Certificate of Competency are required to be revalidated after every five years after the candidates meet the requirements laid down in the META Manual and other notification.

D G profile or seafarer profile is to keep record of all merchant navy documents including seafarer personal details, sailing records, Merchant navy courses record, seafarers photograph, seafarers signature.
ASSISTANCE IN STCW AND REFRESHERS COURSE BOOKING
The STCW Basic Training Refresher course, formerly titled Basic Safety Training (BST), is a 3-day (23-hours) course intended to give students a comprehensive refresher on fundamental maritime survival skills. Students review important concepts such as first aid, firefighting, fire prevention techniques and safety and social responsibilities, fulfilling STCW 2010 amendments.
COOK COC
The cooks who have experience on board foreign going vessels are not eligible for certificate of competency as cooks in the Merchant Navy, in accordance with Merchant Shipping (Certificate of Competency as Cook in the Merchant Navy) Rules, 1991 notified vide GSR No.709 dated 13/12/1991, since they have not undergone the approved training course from the institutes specified in Rule 4 of the above rules. It is also seen that T.S. Rehman, Nhava Sheva, which has been accorded recognition for conducting training courses for ship's cooks, has not yet conducted any such course till date, though the rules were notified in the year 1991.
